Executive Floor Care will remove any spot or spill from any carpet we have cleaned at no additional charge.

• Free Residential Carpet Maintenance Program - Good for two months after cleaning. If Scotchgard™ Protection is applied after cleaning your program is good for six months.
• Free Commercial Carpet Maintenance Program - Good for 2 months after cleaning or if a year long contract is signed it lasts throughout the length of your contract.
• Does not apply to rental property
• Does not apply to food preparation areas or food handling accounts.
• Only applies to spot cleaning
• Spots can not comprise more than 20% of area cleaned
• Does not apply to pet urine/feces accidents since addtional products are needed to neutralize spots.
